Welcome!
’m honored you’ve found your way here and proud of you for taking this step in your healing journey. As an Integrated, Somatic Therapist (licensed in Michigan) and Trauma Recovery Coach (serving clients worldwide), I specialize in helping individuals move beyond survival patterns and into regulation, connection, and growth. My work integrates mind-body education, helping clients understand where their nervous system may be “stuck” and how to restore balance through somatic awareness and practical tools for healing. With a holistic, whole-person approach, I support clients in nurturing every aspect of their well-being—mind, body, and spirit—while building safety, self-trust, and lasting transformation.

THERAPY
Therapy is your intimate, clinical and explorative personal journey toward self-acceptance and revelation. Healing is a gradual process with no easy shortcuts. With all of the access that we have to self-help, psychoeducation and information, it can be hard to know where to start. Therapy is often the best place to begin.

We are not the lies we’ve been told or the experiences we’ve lived through which is too often the lie that trauma’s imprints tell us.
