Hi, I’m Meg.

My mission is to help individuals move from survival into safety, connection, and growth. I work primarily with those healing from complex trauma, using an integrative, client-centered approach that emphasizes nervous system regulation and education. Together, we identify where the body may be “stuck” in certain nervous system states and develop practical tools for restoring balance, safety, and self-trust. Grounded in the understanding that healing involves the whole person— I guide clients in reclaiming their stories, nurturing self-compassion, and building lasting resilience through embodied awareness and post-traumatic growth.

About Me

I grew up in the metro-Detroit area and made the move to New York City in 2021, where I’ve embraced the rhythm and energy of the city. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me at the nearest park, grabbing a coffee, or relaxing at home with my cat, Rhema.

I’ve been a practicing therapist since 2020, currently licensed in Michigan and soon to be New York.

My path to this work has been shaped by my own healing journey. After years of feeling stuck in survival mode, I began to recognize how deeply my nervous system and emotions were intertwined. I spent a long time searching for answers, realizing that true healing required more than insight alone—it required understanding and working with the body. That discovery sparked my passion for the mind–body connection and taught me that sustainable change happens when we include the nervous system, and the body, in the process.

Today, my work is deeply influenced by a somatic and nervous-system-informed approach. I guide others in recognizing where their bodies may be holding onto survival responses and help them build the capacity to feel safe, connected, and alive again. My greatest fulfillment comes from supporting clients as they move from surviving to truly living—grounded, empowered, and no longer at war with themselves.

I believe that whole-person wellness is a dynamic, ongoing journey, and I am committed to guiding you every step of the way. Whether you’re working to manage stress, enhance vitality, or better understand the intricate connections between mind, body, and spirit, my goal is to equip you with the tools, support, and encouragement needed to create lasting, transformative change. True healing requires us to address the root causes of trauma and I deeply believe that our bodies hold the answers to unlocking that healing. By reconnecting with and listening to your body, we can move beyond trauma’s imprints and step into a life of true wellness and resilience.
