Hi, I’m Meg.

LPC, LLP

My work is grounded in somatic and nervous-system-informed practices that help clients understand how their bodies have adapted to survive. Together, we explore where survival responses may still be active and gently build the capacity for greater safety, regulation, and connection.

I work primarily with individuals healing from complex trauma and chronic stress, integrating nervous system education with practical tools that restore balance and self-trust. Through a whole-person approach, I support clients in reconnecting with themselves, strengthening their relationships, and cultivating meaningful post-traumatic growth.

One of the greatest privileges of this work is witnessing people move from surviving to truly living—grounded in who they are and empowered in how they move through the world.

My style.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and whole-person focused. I believe healing happens when we look at the full picture of your experience—mind, body, relationships, environment, and the deeper patterns that have shaped how you move through the world.

Together, we explore not only what you’ve been through, but how those experiences may still be living in your nervous system today. I integrate somatic awareness, nervous system education, and practical tools to help you better understand your responses, reconnect with your body, and move toward greater regulation and self-trust.

While our work is deeply compassionate, it is also intentional and strategy-oriented. My goal is not just to help you understand your patterns, but to equip you with the insight and tools needed to create meaningful, lasting change.

I believe whole-person wellness is an ongoing, dynamic process. Whether you’re learning to manage stress, navigate trauma recovery, deepen your relationships, or reconnect with yourself, I’m here to support you in building a life that feels more regulated, connected, and aligned.

At the heart of my work is the belief that your body holds powerful wisdom for healing. By learning to listen to and work with your nervous system, we can begin to release the imprints of trauma and cultivate greater resilience, safety, and well-being.
