As an Integrated Somatic Therapist (licensed in Michigan) and Trauma Recovery & Somatic Coach (serving clients worldwide), I specialize in supporting individuals who feel stuck in survival patterns—helping them reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move toward greater ease, connection, and growth.
My work integrates somatic therapy, nervous system education, and practical tools for healing. Together, we explore how your nervous system has adapted to past experiences, where it may feel “stuck,” and how your system can begin to experience safety, regulation, and renewed capacity.
Grounded in a holistic, whole-person approach, I support clients in nurturing every aspect of their well-being—mind, body, and spirit—while cultivating self-trust, meaningful connection, and lasting transformation.
