About this workshop:

The holidays can be triggering and challenging for a lot of us — full of old dynamics, overwhelming emotions, and ultimately, nervous system activation.

But they can also be an invitation to come home to yourself.

Embodied for the Holidays is a one-night virtual somatic gathering designed to help you navigate this season with more steadiness, regulation, and self-compassion. Through guided practices and gentle education, you’ll learn ways to regulate your nervous system when stress rises or triggers appear, so you can shift from survival mode into grounded presence rather than feeling flooded with emotion.

We’ll explore strategies to protect your peace without abandoning yourself, including how to navigate difficult conversations with calm and self-connection. You’ll learn somatic tools to reconnect with your body when you feel anxious or disconnected, and you’ll learn ways to cultivate joy — even in the midst of grief, complexity, or challenging environments.

This is a supportive space to slow down, connect with yourself and others, and to remember that you don’t have to move through this season alone or disconnected from yourself. You deserve to feel safe in your own skin, and this workshop will help you come home to that safety — no matter where the holidays take or bring up for you.
